Our Lermoos restaurant 180° sources only the best ingredients from local farmers, vegetable gardens, and Alpine pastures. Yet, this alone does not make our dishes delicious. To ensure that they are, in fact, excellent, we use a couple more ingredients, one of them being creativity. Another one is an instinct for good taste. We also like to add our extensive knowledge of local herbs and spices. Last but not least, our cooking is inspired by our vast experience.
